The Trang Bom Social Housing Project is located in Song Trau Commune, Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province, developed by Khang Nam Company as the Investor.

The project is implemented on a land area of approximately 93,000 m², with multiple housing blocks ranging from 5 to 6 floors, providing about 950–1,447 social housing apartments, with a total construction floor area of around 77,000 m².

The project officially broke ground on June 18, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2028.
