The Tan Phuoc 1 Industrial Park Project is located in Tan Phuoc 3 Commune, Dong Thap Province, and is developed by IDICO Tien Giang Joint Stock Company as the Investor, with a total investment of VND 5,936 billion (approximately USD 227 million).

The project will be developed on a land area of 470 hectares and is planned as a multi-sector industrial park with a comprehensive technical infrastructure system, including industrial production areas, warehouses, logistics facilities, service areas, and supporting facilities. The project is designed to attract industries such as processing and manufacturing, supporting industries, and high-tech industries.

The project is expected to break ground in September 2026 and is scheduled to welcome investors from 2027.
