The Hoa Phuoc Social Housing Project is located at NOXH1 land plot, ST1-6 residential unit, Innovation District Subdivision Plan, Hoa Xuan Ward, Da Nang City. The project is developed by Truong Hai Trading Construction Joint Stock Company as the Investor, with a total investment of more than VND 2,086 billion (approximately USD 80 million).

The project will be developed on a land area of approximately 45,000 m², comprising four social housing apartment buildings, including two 15-storey buildings and two 19-storey buildings, providing approximately 1,326 social housing apartments, together with 40 five-storey townhouses and one five-storey service building.

The project’s investment policy was approved in Q3 2026, with construction expected to commence in Q4 2026 and completion scheduled for 2030.
