The Thien Quan Center Premium Shopping Mall & High-End Apartment Complex is located on Vo Nguyen Giap Boulevard, Cai Rang Ward, Can Tho City, and is developed by Thien Quan Center Joint Stock Company as the Project Investor, with a total investment of approximately VND 1,552 billion (~USD 62 million).

The project is being developed on a 5,260 m² site, comprising one 39-storey tower with 2 basement levels, providing 648 high-end apartments, including standard apartments, duplexes and penthouses, together with a shopping mall, commercial, service and entertainment complex. The project has a total gross floor area of approximately 74,603 m².

The project officially broke ground on September 2, 2026, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2029.
