The Hiyori Aqua Tower project is located at Lot A2-1, No. 03 Le Duc Tho Street, Tho Quang Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City. It is developed by Aqua Tower Co., Ltd., with Sun Frontier Vietnam as the project developer.

The project is built on a land area of 1,850 m², with a construction density of 57%, consisting of one 25-story tower and two basement levels, offering 202 apartments with a total gross floor area of approximately 24,400 m². The architectural perspective reveals a minimalist design inspired by Japanese aesthetics, making optimal use of natural light and open spaces with harmonious views of both the sea and the mountains.

As of now, the project has completed the foundation and the B2 basement floor. It is expected to be handed over in Q4/2026.
