The MEYINPARK Hung Yen Industrial Park Project is located in Nguyen Trai Commune and An Thi Commune, Hung Yen Province, and is developed by Tan A Dai Thanh Group and MEYGROUP as the Investors, with a total investment of approximately VND 2.842 trillion (over USD 115 million).

The project covers a land area of approximately 199 hectares and features synchronized infrastructure, including a 2 × 63 MVA power substation, a water supply system with a capacity of 10,000 m³/day, and a wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 4,300 m³/day. At least 30% of the land is allocated to high-tech industries, including electronics and semiconductors, precision engineering, data centers, and clean manufacturing.

The project officially broke ground on September 12, 2026, and is expected to be completed and put into operation during the 2029–2030 period.
