The CMC Creative Space Complex (CCS Hanoi) is located on land plot B2CC3, Tay Ho Tay Urban Area, Cau Giay District, Hanoi. The project is invested by CMC Technology Group Corporation, with a total investment of approximately VND 7,800 billion (USD 300 million).

Developed on a land area of 11,000 m², the project comprises 23 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, with a total gross floor area of about 90,000 m². CCS Hanoi will serve as an international-standard Data Center, while also functioning as a hub for R&D, technology offices, expert training facilities, and an innovation startup incubator.

The project commenced construction in Q2/2025 and is scheduled to be operational by Q4/2027.
