The Tan Lan 3 Industrial Park Project is located in Tan Lan Commune, Tay Ninh Province, and is developed by IMG Long An Joint Stock Company, with a total investment capital of approximately VND 8.45 trillion (USD 335 million).

The project will be developed on a site of approximately 336 hectares, featuring a multi-sector industrial park infrastructure designed to accommodate processing and manufacturing industries, as well as supporting industries and production-related services. The project is planned to accommodate 15 industry groups, with an integrated input–output linkage structure among enterprises, creating a production ecosystem and interconnected supply chain.

The project was granted Investment Policy Approval on August 28, 2026, with construction expected to commence in late 2026 and operations scheduled to begin in Q3 2028.
