The Starmason Hyperscale Data Center Complex is located at Lot T9, La Xuan Oai – D4 – D7 Streets, Ho Chi Minh City Hi-Tech Park, Tang Nhon Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is developed by Starmason Joint Stock Company, with a total investment capital of approximately USD 480.26 million (VND 11.7 trillion).

The project will be developed on a 4.46-hectare site, comprising multiple hyperscale data center infrastructure blocks. It will have an initial designed capacity of 60 MW of IT load, with the potential to expand to 90 MW. The facility is designed to meet Uptime Tier III+ standards, with a roadmap toward Tier IV, and will incorporate advanced technologies including 400G–800G high-speed networking, NVMe-oF storage, AIOps and Digital Twin platforms, and AI-driven cooling solutions.

The project was granted its Investment Registration Certificate on March 24, 2026, with construction scheduled to commence in Q4 2026 and the first phase expected to be completed in 2029.
