The 75-storey mixed-use tower project is one of the landmark developments undertaken by DOJI Land, located at Lot I.14/CTHH-01, Bac Song Cam New Urban Area, Thuy Nguyen City, Hai Phong. The project is expected to become the tallest building in the port city, surpassing existing structures, with a total estimated investment of VND 7,500 billion.

The development covers a land area of 32,500 m² and aims to deliver a mixed-use complex comprising offices, premium apartments, a shopping mall, hotel, entertainment facilities, and high-end amenities. It will feature a main tower of 75 storeys alongside a secondary tower of 38 storeys.

The project has completed all legal procedures and is currently moving forward with initial infrastructure investments in preparation for construction.
