The Hacom Ocean City social housing project is located in the Binh Son – Ninh Chu Coastal Urban Area, Dong Hai Ward, Khanh Hoa Province, and is developed by Hacom Holdings Investment Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of over VND 2,800 billion.

The project covers a land area of 30 hectares, comprising eight residential blocks of 20 stories each, delivering approximately 2,300 apartments. The units are designed with a modern style, harmonized with technical infrastructure, green landscapes, and public amenities such as schools, parks, sports facilities, and community spaces.

This is one of the key social welfare projects, launched to celebrate the 1st Party Congress of Khanh Hoa Province, term 2025–2030.

Construction officially commenced on September 20, 2025, with completion and handover expected by September 30, 2027.
