The Vinh Hy Luxury Resort Project is located in Vinh Hai Commune, Khanh Hoa Province, with Syrena Vietnam Investment Development JSC, a member of BIM Group, as the developer. The project has a total investment of approximately VND 1.6 trillion (around USD 64 million).

The project is being developed on a site of approximately 60–65 hectares, featuring 100 luxury resort villas, along with restaurants, a spa, and other service facilities designed to international standards.

The project officially broke ground on September 25, 2026, and is expected to be completed and operational in 2029.
