The Thuan Thanh III – Sub-zone C Industrial Park Project is located in Thuan Thanh District, Bac Ninh Province, with Gilimex Bac Ninh Industrial Park Co., Ltd. as the Investor, and a total investment of approximately VND 1.986 trillion (~USD 80 million).

The project is being developed on a site of 196 hectares, featuring synchronized infrastructure, including internal road systems, power and water supply, and a centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 4,400 m³/day.

The project officially broke ground on September 16, 2026, and is expected to hand over infrastructure to secondary investors from 2027.
