The No. 10 Industrial Park Project – Hung Yen is located in An Thi Commune, Hung Yen Province, with Quang Vinh Industrial Development Investment Co., Ltd. as the investor, with a total investment of nearly VND 3 trillion (~USD 120 million).

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 199.62 hectares, with convenient connectivity to major transportation routes, particularly the Hanoi–Hai Phong Expressway. The industrial park is planned as a high-tech industrial park, prioritizing projects in technology, information technology, startups and innovation, research and development (R&D), and technology incubation facilities.

The project officially broke ground on September 12, 2026. According to the provincial implementation plan, the project is expected to be completed in September 2028.
