The Son Dong Industrial Cluster Project is located in Doai Phuong Commune, Hanoi, with VINACONEX Investment One Member Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of VINACONEX Corporation, as the investor, with a total investment of more than VND 1.2 trillion (~USD 48 million).

The project covers a land area of approximately 72.5 hectares and is strategically located between Son Tay urban area and Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park, providing convenient connectivity to central Hanoi and surrounding areas. The industrial cluster is designed to accommodate clean industries, supporting industries, agricultural processing, and handicraft industries associated with traditional craft villages, supported by synchronized technical infrastructure.

The project officially broke ground on September 17, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2027.
