The Fulbright University Vietnam project is located at Lot E4-2, D2 Street, Saigon Hi-Tech Park, Long Thạnh Mỹ Ward, Thủ Đức City, Ho Chi Minh City. The project’s investor is Fulbright University Vietnam.

Developed on a 15-hectare site, the campus is designed to meet LEED and LOTUS green building standards. It will include 13 buildings with a total floor area of 150,000 square meters.

Construction officially commenced on October 10, 2025, and is expected to be completed in phases starting from Q4 2026.
