The People’s Public Security Armed Forces Housing Project is located on Plot IA25, within the 20% land fund of Nam Thang Long Urban Area, Phu Thuong Ward, Hanoi, with Thai Nam Land Joint Stock Company serving as the Investor.

The project comprises two residential towers, CS1 and CS2, each with 27 above-ground floors, and one 40-storey commercial tower. According to the announced construction scope, the project has a total above-ground floor area of approximately 100,929 m² and a basement floor area of approximately 14,215 m².

The project officially commenced construction on October 5, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2029.
