Groundbreaking of the Enesta Project in Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

The Enesta Project is located near the Tan Van Interchange, Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, with Gamuda Land as the investor.

The project is a high-rise residential complex developed on a land area of approximately 1.3 hectares, comprising one 31-storey tower with two basement levels. It is expected to provide approximately 769 apartments, along with commercial shophouses on the podium levels.

Construction of the foundation and basement structure commenced in late September 2026, with the project expected to be completed in 2029.
