The BW Bau Bang 05 project is located at Lot C-8-CN, N19 Street, Bau Bang Expanded Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province, and is invested by BW Industrial Development.

The BW Bau Bang project is currently the largest factory complex in Binh Duong Province, with BW Bau Bang 05 featuring a total gross floor area of 118,000 square meters and developed under ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles.

The project officially commenced on October 16, 2025, and is expected to be completed in Q4 2026.
