The Tien Lang Airport Industrial Park – Zone B is located in Chan Hung Commune, Hai Phong City (within the coastal economic zone in southern Hai Phong) and is invested by C.E.O Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company, with a total investment capital of approximately VND 2,795 billion.

The project covers an area of 186.4 hectares and is an industrial park infrastructure development project, including industrial land, warehouses, public service areas, transportation, and technical infrastructure. Its objective is to attract domestic and foreign industrial investors, particularly in high-tech industries, supporting industries, and logistics.

The project was approved for investment in Q3 2025 and is expected to be put into operation in Q1 2027.
The technical infrastructure construction phase is planned to take place from Q1 2026 to Q4 2028.
