The Jasari Project is located on An Duong Vuong Street, at the intersection with Truong Dinh Hoi Street, Ward 16, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is jointly developed by 577 Investment Corporation (NBB) and Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII), with a total investment capital of approximately VND 4,478 billion.

Developed on a 5.2-hectare site, the project features three 33-storey towers, offering 2,235 residential units along with a wide range of high-end on-site amenities.

Following the approval of the 1/500 detailed master plan in mid-June 2025, the project is progressing rapidly, with groundbreaking expected in late 2025 or early 2026, and completion targeted for 2029.
