The Multipurpose Entertainment Complex – Horse Racing Track Project is located in Soc Son Commune, Hanoi City, with a total investment of approximately VND 9,600 billion (USD 420 million).

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 125 hectares, of which the horse racing track occupies nearly 100 hectares. The main components include a horse racing track, grandstands with a seating capacity of approximately 30,000 spectators, horse stables, and horse training and care facilities, along with supporting service and technical infrastructure. The complex also features an international-standard hotel, a commercial and convention center, resort villas, and a 22.5-hectare regulating lake.

The project’s groundbreaking ceremony was announced for October 9, 2026, and the expected completion date has not yet been announced.
