The Nam Vinh Yen Social Housing Project – Phase 1 is located within the Nam Vinh Yen New Urban Area, Vinh Yen City, Vinh Phuc Province. The project is developed by Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIC Group), with a total investment of over VND 6,824 billion.

The project covers a land area of 17 hectares, consisting of 38 apartment buildings ranging from 11 to 15 floors, providing a total of 5,320 residential units with a total gross floor area of approximately 489,166 square meters. The development is divided into three phases:

• Phase 1: 5 buildings with 700 apartments.
• Phase 2: 9 buildings with 1,260 apartments.
• Phase 3: 24 buildings with 3,360 apartments.

Phase 1 commenced construction in Q2/2025 and the entire project is expected to be completed by 2030.
