The Ba Diem Social Housing Project is located in Ba Diem Commune, Ho Chi Minh City, with Delta Joint Stock Company serving as the Project Owner, and a total investment of more than VND 64,000 billion (USD 2,560 million).

The project is developed on a land area of nearly 192 hectares, comprising 43 buildings of up to 30 floors. The development will provide approximately 37,620 housing units, including 7,656 commercial housing units, 26,004 social housing units, and 3,960 social housing rental units, accommodating an estimated population of 67,645 people. Amenities include schools at all levels, a 10-storey hospital, commercial and service facilities, cultural and sports facilities, parks, and green spaces and water features.

The project is expected to commence construction in December 2026, with the social housing component scheduled for completion in 2028 and the overall project scheduled for completion by the end of 2030.
