The Residential Project for the People’s Public Security Forces is located on plots CT03 and CT04 in the Xuan La Resettlement Area, Nghia Do Ward, Hanoi, with Tay Ho Urban Investment Joint Stock Company serving as the project owner and KITA Group as the project developer.

The project is being developed on a site with a total area of nearly 1 hectare and comprises two 33-story towers above ground, each with three basement levels, providing approximately 783 apartments.

The project officially broke ground on October 10, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2029.
