The Vinaconex Capital One Complex (a mixed-use development comprising a shopping mall, office spaces, serviced apartments, and an international-standard hotel) is located on land plot CCKV, Kim Van – Kim Lu New Urban Area, Dai Kim Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi. The project is developed by Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation (VINACONEX), with a total investment of approximately VND 3,900 billion.

The project is developed on a land area of 11,700 square meters, featuring a twin-tower complex with 30 above-ground floors and 4 basement levels, encompassing a total gross floor area of nearly 202,000 square meters. It will include a high-end shopping center, Grade-A office spaces, serviced apartments, and an international hotel.

Construction commenced in Q2/2025 and the project is expected to be completed by 2028.

Vinaconex Capital One (Tổ hợp trung tâm thương mại – văn phòng – căn hộ dịch vụ – khách sạn quốc tế) toạ lạc tại Ô đất CCKV, Khu đô thị mới Kim Văn – Kim Lũ, phường Đại Kim, quận Hoàng Mai, Hà Nội do Tổng công ty CP Xuất nhập khẩu & Xây dựng Việt Nam (VINACONEX) làm Chủ đầu tư với tổng mức đầu tư khoảng 3.900 tỷ đồng.

Dự án được triển khai trên khu đất có diện tích 11.700 m2, là Tổ hợp đa chức năng — trung tâm thương mại, văn phòng hạng A, căn hộ dịch vụ, khách sạn tiêu chuẩn quốc tế, quy mô tháp đôi cao 30 tầng nổi và 4 tầng hầm với tổng diện tích sàn gần 202.000 m².

Dự án được khởi công vào Quý 2/2025 và dự kiến hoàn thành vào năm 2028.
