The Social Housing Area – Zone 1 project, located in the Northern Urban Area of Dong Son Commune, Tien Phong Ward, Bac Ninh City, is developed by Song Da – Viet Duc Investment Joint Stock Company with a total investment of approximately VND 974 billion.

The project will be developed on a land area of 1.13 hectares, comprising one 20-story tower and one basement level, providing around 800 social housing apartments, along with approximately 5,550 square meters of floor area designated for commercial and service purposes.

The project has recently received investment policy approval, and the developer has been assigned to prepare for implementation.
