The Social Housing Project for Police Officers is located in the Dai Kim New Urban Area (land lots CT4 and CT5), Dinh Cong Ward, Hanoi. The project is developed by Hanoi Construction Investment Company No. 2 (Hacinco), a member unit of Hanoi Housing Development and Investment Corporation (Handico).

The project covers a total land area of 25,552 square meters, of which 20,256 square meters are allocated for the construction of high-rise social housing for police officers, 219 square meters for low-rise housing, and the remaining area for roads and surrounding infrastructure. The construction density is 19.1%, with a planned scale of approximately 1,000 apartments.

Machinery and equipment are currently being mobilized in preparation for the start of construction.
