The An Phu (Dao Ngoc) New Urban Area Project is located in the An Phu Islet area, spanning Truong Quang Trong Ward and Cam Thanh Ward, Quang Ngai Province. The project is being developed by a consortium comprising Central Technical Infrastructure Management and Services Company Limited and Sun Da Nang Real Estate Services Company Limited, with a total investment of approximately VND 9,727 billion (USD 389 million).

The project covers an area of approximately 162 hectares and is envisioned as an eco-friendly urban development integrating residential, commercial, service, and urban amenity facilities. The master plan is expected to provide more than 4,000 real estate units, including 1,573 townhouses, 585 villas, 1,948 apartments, and 1,530 social housing units.

Phase 1 is expected to break ground in late 2026, with the entire development scheduled to commence operations in 2034.
