The Mang Den Urban Area No. 1 Project is located in Mang Den Commune, Quang Ngai Province, with Sun World Group Company Limited serving as the Project Owner, and a total investment of approximately VND 6,647 billion (USD 266 million).

The project covers an area of approximately 264.4 hectares, with a projected population of around 7,738 residents. It is envisioned as a sports-oriented urban area combining residential, healthcare, and resort tourism facilities. The development will include residential buildings, commercial and service facilities, healthcare, education, sports, tourism, and synchronized technical infrastructure and landscaped areas.

The project is expected to break ground in October 2026 and is scheduled for completion in 2034.
