The Social Housing Project at Apartment Lot No. 3, Zone B is located in the Nam Cau Cam Le Residential Area, Da Nang City, and is developed by the joint venture of Chuong Duong – 525 – NTMER – Nhu Anh – ASIA with a total investment of over VND 1,016 billion.

The project covers a land area of 9,753 square meters, with a construction density of 57%, and includes 12–15 floors above ground and 1 basement level. It will provide 719 apartments, with a total gross floor area of approximately 86,435 square meters.

Construction is scheduled to commence in Q4 2025 and is expected to be completed in 2028.
