The Bien Dong Hotel Project is located at 155 Thuy Van Street, Thang Tam Ward, Vung Tau City and is developed by Bien Dong Hotel Investment Joint Stock Company.

The project is a high-end resort complex combining a hotel and condotel. It is built on a land area of 12,278 square meters, consisting of:

• One 20-story hotel block providing approximately 296 rooms.
• One 28-story condotel block providing approximately 654 units.
  The project has a total gross floor area of about 98,956 square meters.

In November 2025, Valacons announced it had won the underground construction package, signaling that the project will begin construction soon. The expected completion date has not yet been announced.
