The project is built on a land area of approximately 14,326 square meters, with a construction density of 50%, and includes 83 shophouses/townhouses (1 ground floor, 2 or 4 upper floors, and a rooftop terrace) ranging in size from 80 to 220 square meters per unit.

Construction officially commenced on November 3, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2026.
