The APT Tower Financial and Commercial Center Apartment Project is located at Lot A2-1, Vo Van Kiet Street, An Hai Nam Ward, Da Nang City. The project is invested by An Phuoc Thanh Company Limited, with a total investment of approximately VND 712 billion (USD 27.8 million).

The project covers a land area of approximately 2,930 m² and comprises one 30-storey tower with 3 basement levels, providing 357 high-end apartments. The development also includes commercial and service facilities, a nursery, and a community activity area, with a total gross floor area of approximately 30,000 m².

The project is expected to break ground in 2026 and is scheduled for completion in Q4 2029.
