The Northern Emerald Project is located at No. 99 Dam Quang Trung Street, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi, and is developed by Song Hong Construction Joint Stock Company (INCOMEX).

This is a mixed-use complex comprising commercial center, office spaces, and high-end apartments. The project is developed on a land area of 9,166 m², with a building density of 41.3%, and includes one 19-story tower above ground and two basement levels, offering 196 luxury apartments.

The project commenced construction in Q2/2025, is currently completing the basement foundation, and is expected to be handed over in Q3/2027.
