The Social Housing Project for the People’s Public Security Force on land plot X1 is located in Phu Thuong Ward, Tay Ho District, Hanoi. The project is jointly developed by West Hanoi Urban Investment and Development JSC and Nam Son Invest Urban JSC.

The project is implemented on a land area of 23,148 m² (including 17,369.3 m² of planned land and 5,780 m² for access roads). It consists of four 25-story towers — three social housing buildings and one commercial building — providing a total of 1,202 apartments with a total gross floor area exceeding 160,000 m².

Construction of the project commenced on November 10, 2025, and completion is expected in 2028.
