Kim Long Ocean Thuận Phước is located in Nai Hien Dong Ward and Tho Quang Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City. The project is developed by Thuan Phuoc Bay Urban Investment Joint Stock Company with a total investment of 11,500 billion VND.

The project covers an area of over 97 hectares, with a construction density of 55%, and includes 1,880 townhouse units, 212 villas, and two 29-storey apartment towers with 5 basement levels; a 6-star luxury hotel; five high-rise commercial and service complex buildings; a 16.5-hectare themed park system; and various other amenities.

The project is currently developing infrastructure and constructing coastal embankments in response to climate change. The entire project is expected to be completed in Q4/2030.
