Aria Bay Ha Long, developed by BIM Land (a member of BIM Group), is located on Peninsula 3, within the Halong Marina urban area, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province.

The towers are uniquely designed with a cascading form inspired by piano keys, ensuring optimal views of the bay. Residents will enjoy a wide range of 5-star amenities, including a grand lobby, shophouses, high-rise facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, restaurants, lounge, co-working space, kid zone, and more.

The project officially broke ground on September 4, 2025, and is expected to be handed over in 2028.
