Aria Bay Ha Long, developed by BIM Land (a member of BIM Group), is located on Peninsula 3, within the Halong Marina urban area, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province.

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 2.2 hectares, featuring two towers of 40 floors each along with two basement levels, offering more than 2,100 apartments and 110 podium shophouses.
