The Industrial Park No. 01 – Phase 1 (Green One) is located in Yen My and Xuan Truc communes, Hung Yen Province, with Viglacera Hung Yen Joint Stock Company as the Investor and a total investment of approximately VND 2,325.68 billion (USD 93 million).

The project covers a land area of 216.17 hectares, within the industrial park’s total planned area of 258.82 hectares. It is envisioned as a green and smart high-tech industrial park. Key components include integrated technical infrastructure, green spaces and water features, a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 4,000 m³/day, an intelligent management system, social housing for workers, accommodation for experts, and supporting facilities for research, development and technological innovation.

The project officially broke ground on 16 October 2026. The completion of all infrastructure works for Phase 1 is expected by the end of 2027.
