The Da Phuoc International Urban Area (The Sunrise Bay) is located along Da Nang Bay, Da Nang City, with The Sunrise Bay Company Limited as the Investor and a total investment of nearly VND 54,788 billion (approximately USD 2,192 million).

The project covers a land area of approximately 170.7 hectares. Its main components include approximately 4,481 townhouses and villas, a general hospital, schools at various educational levels, 14 public service facilities, an approximately 12-hectare entertainment and recreational area, as well as commercial, hotel and service facilities, supported by comprehensive technical and social infrastructure.

Construction of the project resumed in Q3 2026, with Phase 1 expected to be completed in Q4 2028. The entire project is scheduled for completion and commencement of operations in Q2 2033.
