Dự án Khu đô thị đa mục tiêu Bắc Thăng Long – Urban City tọa lạc tại các xã Phúc Thịnh, Thiên Lộc và Mê Linh, khu vực Bắc Thăng Long, TP. Hà Nội, do Liên danh Tổng Công ty Đầu tư và Phát triển nhà Hà Nội (HANDICO), Sunshine Group và Công ty Cổ phần Thái Nam Land làm Chủ đầu tư, với tổng mức đầu tư khoảng 99.000 tỷ đồng (khoảng 4 tỷ USD).

The project is implemented on a land area of nearly 700 hectares, featuring multiple functional zones including low-rise and high-rise residential developments, commercial and service areas, education and healthcare facilities, green parks, and integrated social infrastructure.

The project was officially groundbreaking on February 2, 2026, and is planned to be developed in multiple phases, with completion and handover expected between 2030 and 2032.
