The Bac Thang Long – Urban City Multi-Purpose Urban Area Project is located in Phuc Thinh, Thien Loc and Me Linh communes, in the Bac Thang Long area, Hanoi. The project is developed by a consortium comprising Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Corporation (HANDICO), Sunshine Group, and Thai Nam Land Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of approximately VND 99,000 billion (around USD 4 billion).

The project is implemented on a land area of nearly 700 hectares, featuring multiple functional zones including low-rise and high-rise residential developments, commercial and service areas, education and healthcare facilities, green parks, and integrated social infrastructure.

The project was officially groundbreaking on February 2, 2026, and is planned to be developed in multiple phases, with completion and handover expected between 2030 and 2032.
