The Arcadia at Lavila Project is located within the Lavila South Saigon Urban Area on Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Phuoc Kien Commune, Ho Chi Minh City, and is being developed by a joint venture between PierreVal Groupe (France) and Kien A Joint Stock Company as the Project Developers.

The project is being developed on a site area of approximately 1.39 hectares, comprising two 36-story residential towers and one basement level, providing 839 apartments, 92 officetel units, and 26 shophouses. With a building coverage ratio of approximately 21.2%, the development is planned as a high-end residential complex integrated with commercial and service facilities within the overall Lavila South Saigon Urban Area.

The project was officially groundbroken on June 8, 2026, and is expected to be completed and handed over in the fourth quarter of 2028.
