The Norton Park Project is located on the frontage of National Highway 13 (Binh Duong Boulevard) in Lai Thieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by Norton Park Land Company in partnership with Gamuda Land.

The project is being developed on a site area of approximately 8 hectares, featuring a mixed-use development comprising commercial and high-end residential components. The project is expected to deliver approximately 5,000 units, including high-end apartments, shophouses, officetels, and penthouses, catering to residential, business, and investment demand in the northern gateway area of Ho Chi Minh City.

The project commenced basement construction works in June 2026, while the project completion schedule has not yet been publicly announced.
