The High-Tech Electronics Packaging Paper Manufacturing Plant Project is located in Khanh Phu Industrial Park, Dong Hoa Lu Ward, Ninh Binh Province, and is developed by GDT Ninh Binh Joint Stock Company with a total investment of approximately VND 3.05 trillion.

The project is being developed on a site area of approximately 11 hectares, with a designed production capacity of 360,000 tons per year. The plant will be equipped with modern, highly automated production lines imported from Europe, the United States, China, and other industrialized countries, specializing in the production of high-tech packaging paper for electronic products serving both domestic and export markets.

The project officially broke ground on June 7, 2026, and the project completion schedule has not yet been publicly announced.
