The Glitter Vietnam Factory Project is located in Hai Long Industrial Park, Dong Tien Hai Commune, Hung Yen Province. The project is invested by Glitter Vietnam Festival Products Co., Ltd., with a total investment capital of USD 75 million.

The project is developed on a land area of 14.9 hectares with a designed capacity of 18,000 tons of products per year (main products include gift wrapping paper, gift boxes, paper bags, notebooks, greeting cards, paper cups/plates, etc.).

The project commenced on December 06, 2025, and is expected to begin operation in Q4 2027.
