The High-Tech Semiconductor Chip Manufacturing Plant Project is located in Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park, Hanoi, and is invested by the Military Industry and Telecommunications Group (Viettel).

This project is the first high-tech semiconductor chip manufacturing plant in Vietnam and is oriented to become a key national infrastructure for the semiconductor industry. The project is developed on a 27-hectare land area.

The project officially broke ground on January 16, 2026, and is expected to complete construction and technology transfer to commence trial production before the end of 2027.
