The Classroom and Laboratory Building – Faculty of Biotechnology (QT.B4) is located at Land Plot HT6.2, International University – Vietnam National University, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (now Ho Chi Minh City). The project is invested by International University (IU), Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM), with a total investment of VND 160 billion (USD 6 million).

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 16,000 m², comprising 7 above-ground floors dedicated to teaching and laboratory functions, providing modern classrooms and specialized laboratories for the Faculty of Biotechnology.

The project was groundbreaking on January 20, 2026, and is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2027.
