The High-Rise Commercial Service Center & Hotel Project is located at 223–225 Tran Phu Street, Phuoc Ninh Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City. The project is developed by Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (Phat Dat Corp), with a total investment of approximately VND 2,933 billion (around USD 120 million).

The project is planned on a land area of approximately 2,734.9 m², comprising one 30-storey tower with 2–3 basement levels.

The project is currently preparing to resume construction in the near future.
